After graduating from Heritage College in 2006 with an Associate of Occupational studies in Massage Therapy, Michelle returned to her hometown and practiced massage while she attended Murray State College and East Central University.

She has received specialized instruction from Deepfeet Oriental Bar Therapy, for Ashiatsu; The Peregrine Institute of Oncology Massage for massage for people living with cancer; and Klose Training and Consulting for Manual Lymphatic Drainage. To date, Michelle has over 1400 hours of education, 150 of which are specific to oncology massage.

She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and a Preferred Provider for the Society for Oncology Massage Therapy.
